Unsewn Slim Neoprene Can Cooler Blanks

Customize first, then sew. TahoeBay unsewn slim neoprene can cooler blanks arrive as pre-cut flat panels, giving you easy access to the decorating surface before the sleeve is assembled.

These white neoprene blanks are designed for 12 oz slim cans (the tall, skinny ones) and are especially well suited for sublimation, embroidery, DTF, HTV, screen printing, and other production methods that are easier to complete while the material is still flat.

Important: These are unfinished blanks and must be sewn before use. They are designed to be sewn with an abutted seam using a zigzag stitch.

Customize While It's Flat

Working with an unsewn panel gives you more freedom than decorating an already assembled sleeve. You can position artwork closer to the fabric edges, create fuller-coverage designs, and work more easily with embroidery machines and heat presses.

Popular customization methods include:

  • Sublimation
  • Embroidery
  • DTF transfers
  • Heat transfer vinyl (HTV)
  • Screen printing
  • Other compatible fabric decorating methods

For sublimation, the flat construction makes it easier to extend artwork all the way to the fabric edge before sewing for a more complete finished design.

Must Be Finished with an Abutted Seam

After customization, assemble the sleeve using an abutted seam with a zigzag stitch. The two material edges should meet together rather than overlap.

Do not use a plain overlapping seam for these neoprene blanks. Their shape is designed specifically for abutted-seam construction.

Designed for Slim Cans

Once sewn, the finished sleeve is made for 12 oz slim cans (the tall, skinny ones), providing a snug fit with a taller decorating area than a regular 12 oz can cooler.

Ideal for Sublimation

The white polyester fabric exterior provides a bright base for transferred artwork, helping colors appear vibrant without being altered by a darker background.

Neoprene is also more durable at higher temperatures than polyfoam, making these blanks an excellent choice for sublimation and other higher-temperature heat-transfer processes.

Pre-Cut and Ready for Production

Each blank is already cut to the correct slim-can shape, so there's no need to create your own pattern or cut sheets of neoprene before decorating.

Durable Neoprene Construction

Neoprene provides a firmer, more elastic feel than polyfoam and is well suited for projects where durability and higher-temperature transfer compatibility are important.

The polyester fabric exterior creates a smooth decorating surface while the neoprene layer provides flexibility and insulation in the finished sleeve.
