Some orders ship separately based on item size, location, or delivery speed.
As soon as the first package ships, we send tracking. The tracking page will show all packages for your order in one place.

Why did I receive more than one tracking number?
Some items ship from different fulfillment locations and arrive separately.

My tracking hasn’t updated yet. Is that normal?
Yes. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

It says delivered but I don’t see my package.
Please check around your property, with neighbors, and allow a few hours in case of early delivery scan.
