- Twice as thick as other ice cream insulators! TahoeBay ice cream sleeves use 5mm thick neoprene that will keep your ice cream cold for longer.
- These ice cream pint holders will lie flat for heat transfer & personalization. Recommended HTV and Sublimation transfer settings: 350 degrees, 35 seconds, light pressure. If using a commercial press, ensure the press gap setting is adjusted to allow for the thickness of these sleeves.
- Ice cream and hot soup should never go together, but these sleeves will work for 16oz pint-size soup cups as well. Keep your hands insulated and your noodle soup hot.

Orders are fulfilled through Amazon’s delivery network. Standard shipping is free within the contiguous United States, regardless of order size:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our return policy ensures a hassle-free process. Please review the following guidelines to initiate a return:
1. Condition of Items: Items must be returned in new condition to be eligible for a refund. This includes the original packaging, all accessories, tags, labels, and any promotional materials that were included with the product.
2. Return Period: You have a 30 day period from the date of purchase to initiate a return for a full refund. After this period, refunds may be subject to approval.
3. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required to process a return.
4. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at creative@tahoebay.com. We will guide you through the return process, provide you with a return authorization, and address any questions you may have.
5. Return Shipping and Restocking Fee: You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to refunds of over $200.00.
6. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they are in new condition. Upon successful inspection, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take between 3 and 10 days to process depending on the payment method.
Please note that any items returned in a condition other than new, including signs of wear, damage, or missing components, may result in a partial refund or denial of the return.
Defective Item Replacements
If an item purchased directly from TahoeBay.com arrives defective, please contact us at creative@tahoebay.com and provide your TahoeBay.com order number along with a clear photo showing the defect. Once the defect has been reviewed and confirmed, we will arrange a replacement for the affected item.
This replacement policy applies only to orders placed directly through TahoeBay.com. Orders placed through another marketplace or sales channel are subject to the policies and customer support process of the platform through which the order was placed.
