Create bright, professional custom designs with TahoeBay white neoprene can cooler blanks. The vivid white polyester surface provides an excellent background for full-color sublimation, helping photos, logos, artwork, and text appear clear and vibrant.
Each collapsible sleeve is made with scuba-knit polyester fabric bonded to premium 3mm neoprene for added durability and insulation. The flat, tag-free design makes customization easier using sublimation, heat transfer vinyl, direct-to-film transfers, screen printing, or fabric markers. No TahoeBay logos or exterior branding are added to the sleeves.
Designed for standard 12-ounce cans, these sleeves also fit the lower portion of many 16-ounce cans and similarly sized bottles. The primary customization area measures approximately 3.5 inches wide by 3.5 inches tall. Use 4.15 inches if you're sublimating to the edges. Refer to the product images and video for suggested placement, temperature, time, and pressure settings.

1. Condition of Items: Items must be returned in new condition to be eligible for a refund. This includes the original packaging, all accessories, tags, labels, and any promotional materials that were included with the product.
2. Return Period: You have a 30 day period from the date of purchase to initiate a return for a full refund. After this period, refunds may be subject to approval.
3. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required to process a return.
4. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at creative@tahoebay.com. We will guide you through the return process, provide you with a return authorization, and address any questions you may have.
5. Return Shipping and Restocking Fee: You are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to refunds of over $200.00.
6. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they are in new condition. Upon successful inspection, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take between 3 and 10 days to process depending on the payment method.
Please note that any items returned in a condition other than new, including signs of wear, damage, or missing components, may result in a partial refund or denial of the return.
Defective Item Replacements
If an item purchased directly from TahoeBay.com arrives defective, please contact us at creative@tahoebay.com and provide your TahoeBay.com order number along with a clear photo showing the defect. Once the defect has been reviewed and confirmed, we will arrange a replacement for the affected item.
This replacement policy applies only to orders placed directly through TahoeBay.com. Orders placed through another marketplace or sales channel are subject to the policies and customer support process of the platform through which the order was placed.
