Official layout templates for heat transfer and print alignment.

These templates provide the correct dimensions for standard and slim-size TahoeBay blank can coolers.
They are layout guides only. Artwork is not included.

How to use the templates

How to use the templates

1. Download the zip folder using the link below. It contains both the Standard and Slim size templates.

2. Upload one template into your design software as a flat graphic.

3. Resize the template to the correct dimensions for the main body of the can cooler:

  • Standard-Size: 4" by 4"
  • Slim Size: 5 3/8" by 3 1/2"

⚠️ After resizing, do not alter the template size.

4. Position and crop as needed within your design workspace.

5. Add your graphics.

Keep artwork inside the can cooler boundaries.

  • For full-edge sublimation, extend your background 1/4" past all edges.

6. Delete the template layer prior to printing.
